We produce a variety of optical acrylic lenses for our customers with demanding performance requirements. The shapes and sizes of the lens products vary considerably. Convex, concave and aspheric lenses are all produced by CNC machining from a blank cut from cast acrylic. Highly polished finishes can be achieved on the surfaces of the lenses. Heat treatments are incorporated into the production cycle to de-stress the material resulting in a superior performing products.
